Supporting Iraq’s children has been central to EPIC’s mission since day one. Back in August 2000, when we rallied the nation to highlight Iraq’s humanitarian crisis, our message was clear: Start Seeing Iraqi Children. With millions of children still enduring poverty and the aftershocks of decades of war, that call remains urgent today.

That’s why this 5K has become a cherished EPIC tradition—and why we’re inviting you to be a part of it. The Iraqi Children Foundation trains and supports social workers, lawyers, teachers, and health care workers through Hope Buses, the Baghdad Street Lawyers, the Mosul Girls Center, and other innovative programs delivering hope to Iraq’s most vulnerable children.

This year, our goal is to form the biggest “Team EPIC” yet! Whether you can join us in DC or prefer to participate virtually from anywhere in the world, we’d love to have you on board.
